We use visual studio to build a mobile application. In case of simulation, we need an emulator to be representative and active sync as a connector.Firstly, we have to download preferred emulator version such as :- window mobile 5
Secondly, get active sync which should be the latest version :- active sync 4.5
Then, we now begin developing our application in visual studio with window mobile debugging mode.
